This Privacy Policy is designed to comply with the SEBI (Intermediaries) Regulations, AMFI Code of Conduct, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Facilitating investment transactions in Mutual Funds and other financial products.

Completing KYC (Know Your Customer) formalities through authorized KRAs (KYC Registration Agencies).

Providing periodic portfolio statements and performance updates.

Complying with statutory and regulatory requirements from SEBI, AMFI, RBI, or Income Tax authorities.

Data Sharing and Disclosure
As an MFD, we do not sell your data. However, as part of the investment execution process, your information is shared with:

Asset Management Companies (AMCs): To process your investment applications.

Registrars and Transfer Agents (RTAs): Such as CAMS, KFintech, etc., for record-keeping.

Regulatory Bodies: When mandated by law or via SEBI/AMFI circulars.

Third-Party Platforms: Transaction platforms (e.g., NSE NMF II, BSE StAR MF) used for order execution.

Data Security and Retention
We implement industry-standard encryption and security protocols to prevent unauthorized access.

Retention: We retain your data for as long as you are an active investor with us. Post-account closure, data is retained for a period of 8 years (or as mandated by PMLA/SEBI) to meet regulatory audit requirements.

Your Rights as a Data Principal
In alignment with the DPDP Act 2023, you have the right to:

Request a summary of the personal data being processed.

Correct or update inaccurate personal information.

Withdraw consent for marketing communications (note: consent for regulatory/transactional data cannot be withdrawn while investments are active).
